A.] No, you cannot. Please buy a ticket at the ticket counter.

Q.] I would like to get off the Kusakaru Bus at the "Okuwa-michi" bus stop and transfer to a JR train at Habo Station.
A.] It is more convenient to take the JR bus to Naganoharakusatsuguchi Station. The station is well equipped.

A.] Please go down the stairs inside the building. The bus terminal is located on the first floor for ryokan pick-up/drop-off, cab stand, information desk, and Yubatake direction.
　　There are no escalators or elevators downstairs, so please use the stairs.

A.] The timetable is the same on Saturdays, Sundays, and holidays. Only the 12:05 Seibu bus bound for Karuizawa runs on Saturdays and Sundays.

A.] Tickets for the bus to Karuizawa can only be purchased on the day of the tour.
